Whenever we have an issue with our car, or need to do scheduled maintenance, we always call Orion.  We have found that he is very trustworthy (which has been hard to find in auto mechanics) and are never concerned that he will recommend that we do more than we need to.  He always tells us what we’ll have to look at next, and give us a time line so we know what’s coming up, without feeling pressured to have to do it right then and there.  His prices are very fair, and his service is quick and efficient.  He also goes the extra mile and has vacuumed the inside of our car (living with a toddler can get messy), which was above and beyond.  We have recommended him to friends, and will continue to do so.

I took my Jetta for an oil change at a lube place and was presented with a laundry list of repairs needed.  I was worried that the shop was trying to get me to pay for extra stuff I didn’t need. I took the vehicle to Orion and he prioritized the list and explained to me which things actually needed fixing and which ones I could leave.  He then fixed it up for me.  Between prioritized repairs and Orion’s lower rate, I saved a ton of money.  I feel very confident with a trustworthy mechanic like Orion working on my car.

Orion was very knowledgeable and capable with my vehicles.  Unlike some bigger shops I’ve been to, he explained clearly what work he was doing and why to make sure I understood, and he made practical suggestions that I could trust in terms of future maintenance and possible trouble spots to watch for.

Orion has been servicing my vehicle for at least 3 years. In that time, we have had no car trouble. He consistently impresses me with his professionalism and has gained our complete trust.  Last summer my parents were in town with their truck and camper. They brought their vehicle to Orion for a bit of work and during his inspection he found that one of their wheels was dangerously close to falling off. Days before my parents had their tires replaced and retightened at a tire shop. Clearly, the tires shop had missed retightening one of the wheels. Orion had the foresight to take photos for my parents so they could claim the expense of the repairs he had to do with the wheel to tire shop.  I hate to think of what could have, and most likely would have happened if Orion had not been so diligent.

I bring all my family’s cars – new and old – to Orion for service, because not only will the job get done well, but I can trust Orion to give 100% honest advice. It’s a great relief knowing that I’m dealing with a mechanic who is as concerned with keeping my cars going safely and inexpensively as he is about his own. The combination of value and trust I get from dealing with Orion, I can’t find anywhere else.

Having someone that I can trust to tell me what’s going on with my car in plain English is a great thing. Orion patiently explains all aspects of repair and maintenance in an honest and easy to understand manner. His extensive auto mechanic experience means that he has the ability to rapidly diagnose and repair problems. Paired with this, Orion’s customer service and flexibility of diagnosing and making the repairs right at my own home is above and beyond any other service provider. He is easy to work with and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my car.
